Silly question - do you have the old belt? Could you take it into Repco or Auto Pro, hand it over and say "I want one of these?"
(I did that recently at an Auto Pro and they matched a fan belt for me)
Cheers,
GG
I need a standard GS fanbelt.
The book give part number 1136713440 which when googled, brings up a few parts reference sights, but nowhere to buy.
I've tried the belt that supercheap have for the county, but it's a couple of inches too long.
Anyone have a useful part number or know where to obtain a belt from?

C'mon Chris, you are better then this!
17mm by about 1180-1220 ish. I bought mine from Isuzu, but a few people make them, such as Bosch.
EDIT: Maybe that county one was with aircon?
EDIT2: My notes have a different belt number 1136714641
EDIT3: Remlr has some good info
This is why I am asking! I already bought a "county" one and it was wrong. not an air-con issue as it was only an inch too long at most.
You've got different numbers to what I have; I'm just trying to get the right part!.
It's got a Mitsubishii belt on it at the moment.
Huh. Just went and re-checked. The belt is branded MitsubOshi 113671 4641 (which is the same number as you have BadCo)
odd as the book on page 77/838 lists 1136713440 BELT-FAN/7OAMP ALT.
weird

I thought this thread has been asleep too long. the belt listed as 113671-4641 Duck Duck Go searches as a standard part for the Isuzu 4BD1 (1136714641 | Isuzu Cooling Fan Belt | 4BD1 | Diesel Parts Direct) on my mates RFSV in our workshop we find that number belt with the brand Mitsubishi before the part number.
Recently I acquired a belt for a 4BD1 from a well known Perentie parts supplier, what arrived was a Gates 15A-1195 which fitted but crimped the heater hose, I therefore acquired a Gates 15A-1220 (Automotive Superstore) which fitted perfectly on the 4BD1 FFR engine. On talking to the original vendor he suggested that there are different belts for alternative alternator brackets and he was happy for me to return the 15A-1195 belt.*
I suspect that the 113671-4641 is comparable with the Gates 15A-1195 and the standard belt for 4BD1 in GS Perentie and the Gates 15A-1220 a compatible belt for the 4BD1 in a FFR Perentie.
Am yet to find a comparison chart for the selection of OEM belts and Gates options.
* am keeping the 15A-1195 on the assumption it can serve as a spare for the RFSV (but would be nice to have a confirmation)
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
Just to confirm the Gates 15A-1195 is the same length and profile as the original 113671-4641 for the GS. I swapped the belts today so now have the old one as a spare.
