Oil swivel
I'm about to upgrade to some HY-Tuff axles , While I'm at it , I thought I'd convert to oil instead of one shot , I think most people leave in the axle tube seal in and have two compartments of oil , one for the swivels and one for the front diff ? , As my seal must of been leaking \ letting one shot into the diff but not oil into the swivel , I'm thinking of ditching that seal altogether. , Should make it easier to keep an eye on the levels , One wet all. Wet , Or one dry all dry . apart from possible water Ingress into the front diff is this a bad idea ? Also I assume either the diff fill plug or swivel housing filler is lower , do I fill the highest or lowest fill plugs ?
Thanks all

Get rid of the seals. The swivel is a bit higher but it does not matter.

Pretty sure hi-tuff axles will come with paperwork stating there preferred lubrication method.....which will be oil lubed.
This was the case when I got my rears 10 years ago.
