What is needed to do a hardtop conversion?

I have just bought a Defender troop carrier style hardtop.
I am wanting to put in a split tailgate.
What will I need to finish this conversion.
    Ie.
    What seals?
    What nuts and bolts (fixing)?
    Any recommendations when doing this?
Is it worth swapping the side windows to the sliding type in the back of a 110 s/w?

Any information and links to where to get items would be great.
    TIA
    Tony

Re: side windows, 110 sides will not fit, they are two wide plus there is a vertical strip between the two existing window which stiffens the side panels. Even if you take the verticals strip I’m not sure you could make it work.

Chase down 130 rear window assemblies, I believe these are the correct width and pretty sure the correct height. Fairly certain I got a member to measure to confirm.

Daniel at Mulgo Expedition Centre arranged custom gull wings for me....well not so wide CSW Gull Wings.
