Which seats do I have in the ffr perentie?

Hi, I had a bit of a search and found some information regarding two varients of green seat one light one darker, one with removable base and one without. Mabey it's just me but mine look blue with green headrests. Can anyone tell me the story of these seats?

Which seats do I have in the ffr perentie?

From the appearance of the pivot mechanism they look like the earlier alternative to ISRI seats. I have an old set.

cheers for that rar110. The isri seats where the first "official" seats were they? Then I believe another varient was available later on.

I think the seat in your pic is the initial release Perentie seat. I don’t know who supplied them to land rover.

The ISRI seats, which is what all other Perenties Ive seen have, came soon after.

I’m not sure what was fitted to vehicles refurbed/remanufactured in the mid 90s. But I assumed they kept using ISRI supplied seats. I’ve seen auction lots of new ISRI seats up for sale down south, which would probably indicate the ADF stuck with that brand of seat.

Stratos seats were fitted to later vehicles and retrospectively fitted to a lot of earlier ones as they needed replacement.

Harden up princess. I have that other type in mine and have driven it across the continent once and half way and back this year - no problems even for an old fart like me. I can do 5-800k in a day and still feel good when I get out of it
    Cheers......Brian

I like the ISRI seats. We did a trip Brisbane to Uluru through the Simpson and back through Oodnadatta in the perentie.
