    Perentie 6x6 advertised for sale near Sydney

    I went to see this particular vehicle in November on my business trip to Sydney. I did not take it for a test ride. It is for sale on a car dealer and they have other Perenties as well. This one is electrical maintenance vehicle. Does anybody here have any details on the vehicle? It seems to that it has been for sale for some time now and to my eyes the sales description differs a fair bit from the actual vehicle what it comes to general condition, tyres etc.
    However, I’m not local so I don’t really know anything about the market except that they are old Land Rovers.
    In addition, I would really appreciate any help in purchasing and exporting one of these old three axle vehicles. One with grp back bodie in particular.

    Many years ago I bought a 'Perentie Buyers Guide' from 'Barefoot Dave' on this forum. The link below may be of interest. Also, KLR used to sell Dave's guide in their online store.

    Thanks, cripesamighty. I read the thread, interesting. However, bdave’s guide seems to be unavailable at the moment. Also n/a at KLR.

    So, any idea where to get one?
