    getting closer.

    Port 1 is actually supply

    Ports 3 and 5 are vents

    Is there an internal connection between ports 1 and 2 in the actuator. If no connection inside actuator then I now understand

    no, inside the actuator is effectively 2 chambers blocked off by a piston head seal
