    Tell me I'm wrong

I think I know the answer to this.
Bought a new Uniden UH015SX UHF.
Hooked up to power in 130 Defender. No problem.
Took it out for a few days to do other work. Put it back in and keeps blowing fuses.
There is something going on inside the unit?
    Warranty job?

Maybe a wire got pinched going back in? Sounds like a short to me.

Check you wired the power correctly. Some electronic devices have diodes on the input so if the user wires the supply backwards it will present as a short blowing the fuse and protecting the unit.
