Thread: iPhone 4s and the dreaded mute!

I've finally succumbed to the Apple juggernaut and purchased my first Apple product (the rest of the tribe converted years ago) and got an iPhone 4s. Fantastic bit of gear; features and ease of use (compared to my outgoing HTC) are brilliant.

Sadly though, mine's got the mute issue where when you make an outgoing call the audio in and out is muted. Quick flick of the speaker button fixes it but not when its connected to the D4 bluetooth.

It is frustrating that Apple refuse to acknowledge this issue on the support site or even on the phone to tech support, even though there's a lot of talk about it on the 'net.

Having said that; I do have an "appointment" on Wednesday to have it diagnosed.

Hope they can help, Mark. You sure that D4 bluetooth isn't made by Lucas?
