that Ive found, zero noise, jaycar used to carry them
Contemplating playing around with a couple of peltier modules, but before I get too involved, does anyone know how much of a RF noise problem they are?
Also..... where is a good source for them?

If you think you're in front on the deal, pay it forwards.
The Peltier effect works on DC, so no RF will be generated by the device itself. If it comes with a fan, or possibly a switch mode power supply (I doubt this) these could produce some RF.

As already mentioned they don't generate interferance.
Jaycar has a couple of models 50W and 68W, worth playing around with for $20
The key thing with them is the heat they generate - you need to keep the hot side cool!
The 68 W version needs a 15V 8A (120W) supply.
This means you have 68W + 120W = 188W of heat to get rid of.
Get some good heat sinks too.
Dad played around with uprated modules and better heat sinks years ago when he was a distributor for the Canadian made Frostpak fridges when I was a kid.
He also made petrol fuel coolers with the uprated heat sinks way back when cars had carbies and spent a small fortune emission and dyno testing at UNSW and patenting the damned thing.
