That's not a voltmeter. It's a digital counter.

I hope it counts volts!

The display goes up by one each time you operate the up switch. It goes down by one each time you operate the down switch. It resets to zero each time you operate the reset switch.
Measuring volts, it does not.
You need a voltmeter.

A voltmeter that measures volts or a digital counter that measures number of operations?

Are we going to have lessons on how to use a Volt Meter?
Along with what to look out for when buying one.
