    Integration wish list -defender

    Hi,
I want to avoid a forest of suction cups and gadgets. I wish for: a tablet that supports gps mapping(hema for example) ODBII interface, TPMS interface , Aurlo service manuals. Should there be an alarm from Ems or TPMS it should break in, go ping, flash red etc. All monitoring software always active.

Can it be done, Blurtooth, USB, ?

    Regards
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

    Hi,
You can get tablets with built in GPS, they cost a bit more, and you also get G4 mobile coverage if you buy a SIM card.

I think the better option is to get a Blue Tooth GPS (Link to PDF) and a G4 Modem.

    ---------------

I suspect the Tyre Pressure Monitoring may only talk to its own device

    -------------

I think the OBD11 does talk Blue Tooth, but I'm not sure how many devices can be simultaneously tethered.

    -----------------

Service manuals would not be needed while using the other monitoring devices.

    ---------------

    cheers
