I suppose I could use lockable RCA

Hi all I have a van and boat with HD reversing cameras. They run a standard video cable with the yellow push plug RCA connectors and I join them to the rear of my truck near the 7 pin round receiver where the same cable runs to my screen on the dash. This works well but the connectors get loose and I'm looking to replace them with say screw lock coax type connections (strip and solder up the new connections)....is this possible for video signal?
Cheers

I was really hoping to modify both sides of the connections to these type...although these speak of Phono connection, so I'm thinking they are for audio not video despite the add description?

BNC and PL259 plugs can both be used for video connections
