Had a problem of mounting the HF auto-tune antenna. Not legal to mount on bullbar due to size and obstruction when driving. Unable to make a bracket for rear of tray as tray used around farm and has a slide on canopy when touring around.
I have made a side bracket that is within side mirror dimensions, reasonable distance away from side metal/frame, not to high so I can drive in garage doors. It works well. If transmitting will sit in passenger seat as not sure about radiation.Attachment 168067
