Give them a call, if you have had warranty work done before they will have a record of it.

So no longer under warranty ? When my GME died i found a 2nd hand replacement 80ch instead of the 40ch i had ) exactly the same physical size and same remote head for $100, just unplugged the old and in with the new. Will still get a quote to fix the old one and see if its worth fixing.
