Computer issues with the TD5 Flasher

    Hello!

I thing this is the right forum for my problem: electronic.

    I have a Dual Map on my D2 Td5 from Td5inside installed.
As i would like to get something modified on these maps i got the TD5 Flasher from Jose.
It is a kind of dongle to connect your PC with the OBD Port and work on your ECU with an special Software.

    Td5 Flasher

I installed the software succesfully, can read the maps from my ECU.
Everything seems fine. Can see the file in the Td5Flasher-Software.

Want to save this file to the file system on my PC (or direct on USB-Stick or an external memory, makes no difference).

    The program says "Finished". Success.

But can´t find the file in my File system. Tried every file.

When i open the Td5Flasher software, i can see and choose this file. Exactly in the file i have choosen.

The option "show hidden files" is activated.

Would like to send this file per Email. But when i can´t see it in the files, no chance.

Anybody else wtih this problem? Can anybody help me?

    Many thanks in advance!

I would make the suggestion to locate the file with your phone.

Maybe Windows doesn't like the file type.

    What phone do you have.
I know pretty much zero about iPhone, but, if you have an Android phone, fairly easy to connect it to a Win PC.

Easiest(and most full featured way) is to use a program called MyPhoneExplorer.
But for latest model droid phones, Windows has a native connecting program(called Phone Link).

The point being here that either using another operating system, or have the file on the phone, and see if Win can 'see' it whilst on the phone.

The other alternative is to possibly download and run a Linux system on a USB stick and do something similar.
    Arthur.

All these discos are giving me a heart attack!
