Well got my TX3420 in the mail today, so looking forward to the install. I have already installed the coax starting from the fuse area under the steering wheel (where the main unit will sit) and running it up throught the A pillar, into the roof and over the grab handle and into the corner of the door. Cut away a little of the door seal to run the coax outside onto the gutter mount (thx JC for the mount).

So im thinking of installing the head unit either near the transfer case leaver or maybe up the top where the centre console is. I also bought a speaker while I was at it and will install that somewhere, not sure where yet.
