    Multi-gauge thread??

Sorry to have to ask, but I've spent the last 45 mins trying to find a post in which someone had (or linked to) a multi function gauge that was very reasonably priced, and could read something like 10 different sensors, but it wasn't a Madman.
I want to monitor voltage and current to 3 seperate devices, and gearbox temperature, and maybe a few other things.

    Please help!

    Cheers,
    Fraser

The only commercial one that I can recall around here in the last year or so is the Madman.
You do know there are 2 versions of the Madman - a flat one and a square aircraft style one?? (Just in case you'd seen the flat one but were visualizing the square one).

I do recall that someone was making their own - possibly with LCD display like you describe - but not for anyone else to purchase.

which search criteria did you use, most OBDII complient readers should be able to do live data from the TD5.

Thanks guys, but it seems I'm out of luck, the main thing I want to watch is charge current into 2 separate aux batts, and voltage, and I was going to do gearbox temp as well. I must have read it on another forum (can't imagine which one) The one I saw had 10 inputs and all could be assigned to read whatever sensor you connected (current shunt, thermocouple, etc)
    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!@myself

    It was under $200US too!

    I'll keep looking.....

ahhh now thats a different kettle of fish...

I was under the impression that it read the values out of the ECU.

Unfortunately steve, that only does OBD and EGT data, I need 2 shunt-type ammeters plus extra temperature sensors.
Looks like i've lost it for good.
    Thanks everyone anyway!
