Installing a Pioneer head unit into a 01 D2 Discovery

just sucessfully fitted new sony cd/usb head unit to my 99 TD5 this afternoon. after reading your posts whole change over took under an hour - works like a charm..............now how to get new speakers past the missus:twisted:

i did similar.
focal make a real good speaker set up with seperate tweeter and esternal crossover.
They sound brilliant and also have a sub to go under seat if you so desire.

Or you can use the space under the passenger seat for an amp and install a sub where one of the storage bins in the rear was (if you have a 5 seater) :D
