    What on earth is it?

    No photo. bad luck.

Behind the cover panel (i.e. where the fuses are) in my Defender there is a big cable (ior rather set of cables wrapped in plastic) snaking its way out from in teh dash / behind the air con somewhere.

It has a big white connector type plug with 7 male spade terminal in it.
(Two rows on parralel - 4 one side & 3 the other)

    any ideas ?

maybe that is the jumper connector to the de-lorean time capisculator,
i had one in my disco,
i found it wasn't really easy to manipulate, so i have transposed it to chris's tt to see if the latent heat of acceleration in a lighter 4wd will enable time travel without the risk of police speed cameras seeing false readings when accelerating to the speed of light, which i also found difficult to achieve in the diesel disco, however if the v8 had been equipped with it there would have been no need to re configure it to the tt.

may the earth space continuim repeatedly proceed in an orbital axis and anyone finding an orbital engine please return it to the 'australian taxation failures museum'
god rest me and the other two or three taxpayers left in australia,
now back to the tt and the speed heat acceleration dissipation conflabulator re programing due to the lighter weight of the tt.

oh, does anyone know if black will affect the readings, as the disco is green, and the original programming from solihull was for a green machine?

    any help would be appreciated..

i found a couple of pics of previous attempts

seems that the vehicle shape changes and when this happens we lose the ability to control drinking.

    Vlad,

Possibly for the UK fitted optional A/C. Our system fitted here in oz is quite different so could be a left over loom/ plug?

A picture is worth a thousand words.

You'd be surprised what a knowledge of the wire colours will divulge.
