There are snippets on youtube, but I doubt there would be other places other than the BBC where it could happen due to copyright.

Re: "hard copy" - Doesn;t seem as if you can even buy the seasons vids though.. just the "specials" as far as I an tell.

Yes you can. The downloaded files are stored in your browser cache. When it is finished downloading (the bar is fully extended), copy the file from the cache and stick .flv on the end. You can then open this in Apple Quicktime and play again. When I am doing this I usually have the cache folder open in a window and change the sort order to date. Then it is last file downloaded and at the top of the list.
