There's a time-consuming way of bundling up an XP distro where you grab files from your copy of XP and download the update package and combine them onto an install disk.
nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation
It's mainly used to install a fixed setup on hordes of computer, so a bit labour intensive for a single user, though I did a few times to setup very compact installs on old hardware.
Probably easier to install XP fresh and then run updates and it should update to the latest package, which should bundle a whole bunch of stuff together that you've install incrementally.
