I cannot figure out how to set up a custom paper size under Windows Server 2008. I am sure I used to be able to do this in XP...
Is it something to do with the Printer, or is there a global "paper size" setup area.
I want to print to a DL envelope layout using Crystal Reports, but my printer (a Fuji Xeros C360) does not have this layout, only A4, B5, Letter, B6, Folio, etc etc.
Where can I go to add in DL as a paper size?
Tks

Thanks for the link Dave. Unfortunately Win 2008 Server has no tab to create a new form
I am thinking it has something to do with the printer driver. I tried installing a new printer (a Canon Pixmar) and this DOES have DL/Envelope as an option.
However, I can't get the DL to show up as a size the main printer......
