iPhone Pedometer App

Does anyone know which of the Pedometer apps for the iPhone is the best?

I've looked at using RunKeeper but I don't think it really suits. I think most of the apps are also on Android as well so any sensible suggestions welcome.

This is obviously going to be a really, really, stupid question on my part, but why not just buy a Pedometer?

Or is this a question of being a geek for the sake of being a geek

No its a question of needing to carry the phone in case I need to call home and whilst I most likely won't have to se the phone I might as well use it instead of carrying another device.

Anyway I found an App that seems OK.

My wife uses one recommended by my gastro surgeon - he uses it as he runs about 20km every morning. It's Walkmeter (not free but she likes it).

Thanks Ron, I tried a few free ones and ended up buying Walkmeter. Does a lot more than I need but it doesn't have nagging ad's and works well.

Now we need a dyno app to check the acceleration of the Landies. I wonder if they calibrate them for slowness?

Actually, I am looking for such an app but there are so many of them. I don't have an iPhone yet but my daughter says I can have her old one.

No but I've driven a 1950 Series 1... It could have used a pedometer instead of the speedo
