    Cicero and other weird stuff

No, not Marcus Tullis Cicero or even his brotehr Quintus.

I have been having troubles when shuting down my computer.

A dialog box comes up and talks about do I want to terminate a process 'Cicero" something or other. I say yes.

Another dialog box informs me that there have been changes made to the global template (MS word) and do I want to save them
Now this is even on opccasions when I;ve not had word open during the session.
    Naturally I don;t save them.

it's a pain becuase it makes the whoel shuitdown process slower and I need to stay while it does it and I want to fix it so it doesn't kep doing this.

    Any thoughts ?

    I'm running Win XP SP2
    Firefox
    MS Outlook

I have get the "changes to normal.dot" template thingo too on occasion.

As MS Outlook uses Word as its mail editor, it has something to do with this.

The only way around it, is to not use Word for your email editor. Its in the Outlook settings somewhere.

As for "Cicero", if it is forcing you to shut it down, it must be starting up.

Have a look and see if it is starting automatically when windows starts. If so, disable it, and see if something doesn't work.

A quick Google, didn't give too many clues.

See if this is of any help.

    CICERO UI Wnd Frame

I'd run a good malware scanner and see whait it comes up with. I use Malwarebytes free version which is excellent.
