i have a new computer now since my laptop got stolen and i want to sync my phone so i dont lose all the music i have bought nbut it wants to erase my phone to sync with a different itunes, how di i get around this and copy everything into itunes on the new mac?

I find the iTunes interface easy to navigate, quick to use and quite intuitive.
To recover your music look here: Transfer Music from iPod to iTunes. Copy any iPod to PC or Mac. iPod rip.
