I've been on 4. since first beta on mac, win and linux and it's only gotten better. So Ron has a history of breakages I gather from the threads I've seen hinting at this over the last couple of days?

You've never read this 56 page (thus far) thread: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/general-ch...continues.html :D
Ron, I wouldn't recommend reverting to IE6...becoming unsupported ...
IE7 with the updates seems to be holding firm on XP.
I "inherited" a Macbook Pro 3.1 with a cracked screen... managed to get a replacement from McFixit in Melb for $430 and set to work... so have now partitioned the disk and operating XP-SP3 and Osx 10.6. dual boot arrangement
I've been using "safari" to read AULRO and it loads AULRO about 40% faster than IE7 on XP. This is a good basis because it is same CPU etc
(Intel 2.24GHz core 2 duo, 4GB Ram, 500GB SATA 7200 rpm HDD)
Also have latest Firefox on the MBPro... it's a bit fussy, slower than Safari but faster than IE7 in XP mode...
DO NOT USE IE 6
use at least 7 and preferable 8 or 9
Have you tried something different like Chrome?
