    Hi Ron,

    Not so much replaced just maybe a different blocker? I haven't tried it so cannot comment either way if it is better.

    I have used Peer Guardian II for years now and the only time i ever forgot to use it I got a letter from my ISP telling me to cease and desist downloading what I was downloading.

    So for me the proof that it does protect is there.
