    trying Obunto

I installed Ubuntu in the laptop and I like it
The only problem is me, I am slow learner and I cannot understand how to install Skype for Ubuntu
Someone have to come with a version for slow old brick head people
Runing Win XP with NOD32 ans Malwarebites I fund out that when runing netstat I have heaps of open ports. How I can check this in linux (Ubuntu) or I do have to worry about it?

    Cheers
    Arthur

Cut and paste these commands into your terminal window.

The terminal window may be activated from the system tools menu.

Thank you Mick, I have to learn all the jargon for the 11.10 version,
Why every body call diferent names to the components in Ubuntu and the versions of it?

The terminal window is a bit like the command line in windows but with more functions.
