    Unhappy Hard drive dying

My hard drive appears to be dying.I keep getting a warning to b/u etc.
Can I clone/copy my hd onto a ext drive ,complete with os?
I'm thinking that way if it does die I can fit new hd and load os from ext hd.

Its win 7 32 bit on a all in one
    cheers

you can make a back up image of the hdd onto an external drive but it would take forever to boot if you could get it to boot from there..

    Download Hiren
