download hirens boot disk
whilst it downloads
uninstall all anti virus programs except the one you trust the most.
uninstall malwarebytes, adaware, ccleaner, spybot and all the other anti malware tools you have collected.
mount hirens or burn it to disc
now turn off your antivirus program until next reboot
dont boot from hirens just run the hbcd menu cmd off the cd under windows
under cleaners
atf cleaner select all but then untick cookies
ccleaner run the cleaner and then the registry fixer
then check the startup items in the tools menu
clary reg cleaner
under optimsers
if using xp use the nt registry optimiser
if not using an SSD use defragler to do a file defragment (analyse then filelist then tick all files)
DO NOT run a defragment program on an SSD as it tends to kill them.
under anti virus
run combofix
reboot if combofix doesn't already cause one
do a full anti virus scan with your av of choice
if you want the best performance from your machine and aren't worried about pretty then alter the performance settings in the control panel to "best performance" instead of "let windows control" performance. (Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance)
usually gets a machine up to speed again
hope it helps.
