    WiFi

Hi all. Is it possible to send tv signal via wifi. I am looking to be able to send tv signal from analogue hard drive recorder to tv in another room. I know that there are specialised units that will do this but I was wondering if it could be done vie wifi as I have this already set up. Jim

The best things in this case would be to use an AV transmitter and receiver. Have a look at:

    Jaycar Electronics - Search results

to get some ideas, you need at least 1 tranmitter and 1 receiver. Just find some units that fit you inputs and outputs on your device and TV.

I don't think you can specifically use your Wifi.

It would depend on the features of the equipment you already have, there are HDD recorders with WIFI and DLNA server / client and if yours has these features that might be possible.
