    Failed Array?

Ok,, so what do I do from here?
There is no option to rebuild it.

also, do they physically mark warranty replacement hard drives?
check the punch mark on the top of the left drive--

you get to rebuild it when you replace the drive that failed with an identical drive

pull the dodgy one out, stick another drive in of the same size and it will rebuild itself
