    TD5 RAVE onto iPad?

Hi all. Wondering if anyone has been able to get the TD5 version (NON NAS) onto an iPad. I can get the NAS version on but no TD5 info in it.

    Thanks
    Regards, Will

Yep I have all my D2a manuals on the iPad as pdf's. You need to buy the rave cd from the forum shop which has the PDF files modified so that they can be opened by later versions of acrobat. Generally I've found the rave CD images on the net are locked to acrobat4 and so not able to be opened on non windows operating systems.

Having them on the iPad is most useful when you are travelling!

    Cheers

As has been said you need a FreeRaved version, which unlocks the pdfs from the version of Acrobat 4 on the CD.

I've assembled all the content into a PDF Portfolio using Acrobat Pro mainly so everything is kept in one place. It works pretty well on the Mac.

The support for Portfolios is a bit limited on the Acrobat Reader app on iOS so currently you can't see the comments, which means for the Tech Bulletins the you only get the file names displayed, which is less helpful.

    cheers

    TD5 RAVE onto iPad?

I didn't post it as I didn't want to be seen as not supporting the forum... But you can shoot me a PM if you want

BTW, I only converted the DII workshop manual, none of the other ancilliary files.
