Thread: iPhone 5s

Hi guys,
Hoping someone can enlighten me as to how to retrieve "backed up" files from a comp.
We have purchased ourselves new phones, and mine swapped over easily. I had the 4s, and went straight to 5s. Lee had 4, but when I went to back it up and then sync her new phone, it hasn't worked,,,, at all.

My comp tells me its been backed up, but when I go to sync the new one, it just wont do it.
Now, when doing the back up, the comp told me that there's an issue with some emicons she has, but you can carry on with the process. And then , when I go to up load to new unit, it does it,, or seems to, but then at the end says, "couldn't do it because of a problem", but doesn't tell me what the problem is

So, we go down to Apple today,, maybe they can sort it. They get their guy to hook up a machine to transfer the contacts etc,, guess what,, it wipes her iPhone 4 info,,,, She's a bit ****ed off by this,,,

So, can anyone tell me where on my comp I might be able to find the "backed up" version? I've had a look, and I cant find any files within iTunes that has wording to do with back up files.
What should I be looking for?

Then in that case , Try getting the phone , forget iTunes , just restore the phone through iCloud and that will then give you your backed up phone.
