Click on the attachment, opening it in a new window. Copy the web address of that picture from the address bar. Go back to your post, find the button above your posting window that has a picture of a mountain on it, called, "Insert Image", click on that. Paste the address of your picture in the dialogue box, click OK and it will appear where your cursor is currently at. The insert image button works for any picture already up on the web.
