    ireless Router security set up

Hi, I need help on this.
I have a NetcommNB9WMAXXn and the technician from the service provider asked me to set up the security on Open instead of WPA2 as I understood that was the strongest setting.
Could some one help me on that?
My wireless it is to slow and I am not sure if someone get in my network with the set up recommended.

    Cheers

Not, the office is in Malaysia
The intteresting part is that in open mode requires a password to get in
I set it up to WPA2/WPA Mixed Mode
It does not like WPA2 mode.

Poor wifi seems to be a common fault with this modem........... according to google searches.

Seems to be a fix for some people here though: https://discussions.apple.com/thread...t=720&tstart=0

At Wireless/Configuration, change 54g mode to 54g LRS

also change the 54g Rate and the Multicast Rate to 48 mbps
