    Question Firefox

    Version 27.01 up to date
    OS windows 7 up to date

    The problem:

    I have the gmail page open all the time and when I like to view a site I just go to the bookmarks and open it in a new page.
    Why it is that the new page last only one second in the foreground and the go to the background leaving the gmail page at the top?
    It is frustrating
    That is my whinge of the morning and asking for help

    Try using new tabs instead of new pages. I used to use pages until I converted to tabs, I haven't looked back.

    Another good add-on is tab mix plus, which lets ou set a whole pile more options about how Mozilla tabs work
