    iPhone to samsung text

I am not sure if theres an answer to this.

I am on Telstra, have been texting a samsung optus number , no issues until a few days ago, message says sent but the optus user does not receive the message. ( I can receive theres )

Called telstra did some testing they confirmed that messages had been sent, they even sent one to me all fine.

The optus user is receiving text from other telstra phones

I also receive messages from other carriers, calls are fine.

Anybody had this problem or can shed some light on to the possible issue?

I occasionally have delayed reception (up to a day late) of messages from my wife and a friend, both of whom have iPhones and are with Vodafone. I'm with Telstra and also have an iPhone. iMessages come through ok, but not SMS.
