My Son's laptop has had a fit and he can't seem to log on. When you start it up, it gets to the screen where you choose which user you want, then when you click on one and enter the password, the following message comes up...
The only info I could find on line was to start it in safe mode, but that didn't work either.
Any ideas?
Cheers - Gav.

The only options are his login and the admin (my) login. Neither work.
It's not that we've forgot on the passwords, they just don't work anymore...

windows is screwed
do a search on google and you will find a few ways to get past it... but it usally means you have a bad virus or hard drive issues
there are exceptions tho...
generally
enable the admin login
create a new user then delete the old account and tell it to back up all the files..
google is your friend..
