    finally bought an ipad

    well, after all these years i have finally bought an ipad after my poor old el cheapo android tablet died in the middle of a traxide instal yesterday.

    refurbished 4th gen unit from the apple store...

    cheaper than most of the secondhand ones on ebay / gumtree and you get 12 months warranty..

    seems they hold heir value well

    hope it lasts as long as the $170 android unit did

    as much as i dislike apple, i have an ipad2 and physically its held up well over the last 3 years
