Where to get Dreamweaver - older version?

I don't want to pay the $ to subscribe to the Adobe creative cloud thingy, as I have several of the programs as stand alone anyway.

Unfortunately the copy of Dreamweaver I have is "Dreamweaver MX" (aka version 6 from 2002)
    so... old.

I'm chasing a more recent version, so if anyone has one surplus to requirements (with serial number) etc let me know.

If there's some other reliable source I'd also be keen to know.

Feel free to PM me if you prefer.

    Thank You
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Time to move on. Try webstorm.
    https://www.jetbrains.com/webstorm/

It does not have wysiwyg split views like dw, but better to open/preview in various browsers anyway.

Has all the site/ftp integration of dw and much better code editor.

    ADVICE FROM MY SON

depends how old, I do have the CS5 Adobe suite but I believe that's tied to my Adobe account

However Adobe recently terminated their CS2 authentication servers and in an uncommonly kind move basically made it free-for-all so customers aren't locked out after buying the product. Of course legally speaking you're only supposed to get it if you have already bought it, but there's not really any way to follow it up and it doesn't cost them anything.

You need an Adobe account to download it, I think.

By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.
