    Spanned volumes

    I have a 1.5TB Dynamic spanned volume that I will soon no longer need, it is made up of a 500GB and a 1TB drive.
    After the copying to the new 3TB (single) drive is complete do I have to do anything to the volume/drives before I uninstall them?

    at some stage I will re-use them,,
    is it just a case of formatting them when I want to re-use them?
