Whatever it is,, I'm not sure i like it,,
Sneaky Microsoft renamed its data slurper before sticking it back in Windows 10

oh and is the Good Ship AULRO ready for these??

Samsung's started volume production of 128GB DDR4 RDIMMS.
You read that right ? a single registered dual inline memory module packing 36 individual 4GB chunks of 3D TSV DDR4 DRAM, for a total of 128GB, can now be yours.

Thankfully I haven't downloaded windoze 10 as yet.
Was thinking of doing it over the weekend but I'll wait a bit longer now.

So, how does one disable it? That article doesn't help.

It says to go into the services control panel and manually disable it Ron.

I haven't found that panel yet. And what, exactly, do I disable?

I couldn't find the panel by looking around Settings so I did a search and found it. Now disabled.
