    Problem with Tablet Mail

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 Lite tablet. It is connected to my desktop PC via Wi-Fi. The internet, You -Tube etc. works fine, but I've got problems with e-mail. I can send e-mail but not receive. My service provider is EFTEL.
My outgoing mail is set as follows:
OUT: IMAP Port 587 SSL enabled Sign in. Can someone tell me the port no for the incoming mail or give me any other advice? I haven't really got a clue what I'm doing and it took me all day to get this far. Could you please give your advice in simple language with a minimum of technical talk. Thank You .W.

    Hi,
check that your email on the pc is not 'collecting' the mail and not leaving a copy on the eftel server.

You can change the settings on the pc email. If it is POP (Post Office Protocol) it may be set to clear the box, leaving you nothing to find.

    Cheers

I had the opposite problem - I could receive but not send. It took an hour on the phone to my ISP hotline to get it fixed.

Sent from my SM-G900I using AULRO mobile app
