    My head is sore,I'm not the best when it comes to 'puters.
    Taken most of the day to get this new laptop going.
    Another question,is there a way to get my contacts from the old vista based mail to the new win10 mail????

    Hi Andy

    You should be able to,export your contacts list as a file, save to a memory key and then import on the new computer. The trick is finding a format that both email programs can support.

    Or do like I did and just have a master list in gmail which I can access on the webmail interface, iOS and android systems.

    Andy, try Googling Windows Easy Transfer previously known as Windows file and settings transfer wizard. This free app from Microsoft is all about transferring files and settings from one Windows PC to another and is very easy to use.
