I don't think any of those devices will do want you need.
As you will have a fairly high capacity NAS, the best solution is to run Cat 5e LAN cabling to it from your existing modem / router. Maybe a bit of a hassle but much more reliable than a wireless solution.
Others more knowledgeable with networks may be able to assist.
Hmm, the House NBN modem is downstairs,,
I cant see me putting the nas downstairs--
(though believe it or not there is a [unused for 40 years] chimney!! exactly where it would need to be)
