Excel Spreadsheets - has this happened to anyone else?

Just had my laptop serviced and Windows 10 version 2 "properly?" installed.
Now all my spreadsheets have reversed standard format and the thousand comma is a full stop, and the decimal point is a comma.

    What goes?

That's the way Europeans write numbers. There will be something in your settings about language or zone preferences.

    Yep

Look for your regional settings in the windows control panels and change to Australian.

    This is a serious question...

What exactly does a laptop service involve?

Thanks guys - all good. You'd think an experienced computer shop would have picked that up?

That's the sort of inane comment that has become expected of me.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
