but "found" a MSI R9 290 4GB

and this intel board is the only one I have that will handle it,,

the last time I played with this I ran memtest for 2 passes using all three ram sticks and it passed.

I cant even get it to install Vista from a gen install disc or Abuntu

the good news is the fans spin, I get a signal at the monitor and I see the windows logo move for a bit
