I did use Apple Support to reset my mums device once. It was a iphone which is used to link to a device to measure her Diabetes. Try 1300 321 456 - Not really a apple person myself. I did take me a bit of time.

Be Careful as failing one to many times can lock device for weeks!

Are you talking the device password, or you ID password? iforgot.com may help with the latter. Or, if you remember your ID and can prove you are you Support can help. 1300 321456 They are extremely helpfull.
