Hello, I am looking to set up a domain name and also have three or four emails (matching the domain name).
Just wondering where to start.
Seems to be alot of domain registration places on the net.
Basically I want cheapish, extrension is to be .com.au, and must have a half decent amoung of email storage included (100mb).
Any recommended place would be much apprciated.
Cheers
Anthony

Ok well that dot easy one looks pretty good.
Will run all the above by the rest of the boys (family business) and go from there. So far I like the look of that dot easy. very straight forward and simple (like me haha)
Cheers for all the help so far, very much appreciated.

Just a quick point of note about Doteasy, the web site tools that they run on there servers are only PHP4 and Apache 1.x, (last look 4 months ago) this pi$%ed me off a bit since when I create web sites I use PHP5 and Apache 2.2. But if you only have email and URL redirection then doteasy has all you need.

Grimace, theres are a lot of options attached to every service list above and trying to understand what each does will get confusing.
You saidThe cheapest option (from what you have said you need) is to buy a domain from someone that supports email redirection. Then setup up a free email service (i use google gmail with about 3Gb of space) and just forward all incoming emails to these accounts.Originally Posted by Grimace
